At Oak Grove Baptist Church, we have adopted and maintained the Southern Baptist Convention’s Baptist Faith and Message 2000 as our church-wide standard of beliefs. We feel this document encompasses what we know to be true about God, Scripture, salvation, mankind, the Church, and ordinances. Oak Grove is blessed to be staffed by men and women who are passionate about the Lord and who want to see His name known to the world! Bro. Jimmy Sykes has served as Senior Pastor since November 2012, Bro. Dalton Starkey has served as Youth Pastor since August 2014, Bro. Joe Thompson has served as Music Minister since May 2016, Mrs. Mary Curtis Thompson has served as Pianist since May 2016, Bro. Glenn Johnson has served as Sunday School Director since January 2019, and Mrs. Dottye Robinson has served as Executive Ministerial Assistant since August 2017.
